FFXIV Magical Tail Explanation
Julia Lee (she/he) is a guide producer who reports manuals for games such as The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom and Pokémon GO. She was definitely instrumental in launching Rift Herald in 2016.
The Mysterious Tail (usually abbreviated as WT) is one of the main weekly items in Final Fantasy 14, which gives you rewards for completing tasks and helps you get new content. It's like bingo, the more rows you get in order, the more rewards you can get.
Below is a detailed introduction to how the Mysterious Tail works in FFXIV, how to unlock the Mysterious Tail, the rewards you can get, and how to get the three parts.
FFXIV Mysterious Tail Explanation
Every week, Chloe Ariapo, a young priestess of Idyllshire, will give you a journal. In exchange for your story of victory, she will give you a sticker. If you line up four stickers in a 4x4 grid, you will receive a special prize. For example, the more rows you make, the bigger the prize you will receive.
The main game is "Wonderful Tails", where you can explore the inside of a book. You can earn stickers by completing tasks that appear on the left side of the book, and the number of stickers you have on the right side.
For each task you complete, Chloe will give you one sticker in a random location on the grid. As a rule, if you can line up at least one row before the book's due date (which appears in the top left corner when the book goes bad) during the one-week restart period, you will get a good result.
Image: Square Enix via PolygonIf you are in the same party as someone who cleared all the content on the first try, you will receive a "second chance" that will be reflected in the commitment network. For example, if you line up for the Trial Roulette and force a new player to clear the Amazing Tree for the first time, you will be given a second chance, even if that person is not on the "Wonderful Tails" commitment list for that week.
You can apply the second chance to try again by marking a completed mission as failed (you can earn stickers again by completing the same mission) and moving the completed mission to another mission. With your second chance, you can still rearrange and "shuffle" the sticker spaces on the grid, which is pretty important if you want a specific number of columns.
Once you have 9 stickers in the book, return it to Chloe for your reward. If the book expires before you finish it (even if it is), you won't receive your reward.
How to Unlock the Magic Tail in FFXIV
To unlock the magic tail, it is necessary to do a quest to get 60 values "Ariak and feet" (laughs). This quest can be received from the NPC "Fierce Adventurer" in Idillas.
This NPC has a blue quest marker with a plus mark on your head, so please look for it on a map.
The merit of a strange tail
Chloe provides monotone benefits to parts, but the image of the benefits that can be received by merit depends on the patch. There are some exceptions: If a new patch to change the tone tone is released soon, some benefits will be changed to poetic. Apart from this, you can get a specific Tomstona only when you have it, but you have one of the highest level of tasks. You need to choose one advantage on the right according to the method you have:
- 9 Seal: Poetry 500 Allagan Totestons, Algan Platinar Tringing, and Treasure Maps from the current extension.
- 1 trail: 1 gold card MGP (30. 000 mgp value, golden currency unit), 1 black bronze letter, or 300 valuable books
- 2 Trajectory: 2 Gold Card MGPs, 1 Crooa Silver Prize Letter, or 1, 000 Books for Volume 1, 000 + α
- Three routes: 20mgp gold card, 3 silver chloe letters, or one black gold letter
Even if there are nine stickers on the book, you can get 50%of the grade EXP for each task passing the book. The shortcut to gain the biggest benefits is to hand over a book with the most unreasonable task. < SPAN> To unlock the magic tail, it is necessary to do a quest to get 60 values "in Ari potch and feet" (laughs).
