There really isn't enough

Not really great at all, but a while ago I received a marketing message about a "birthday treat" (3 x bonus) and I thought: very good, I'll try it, the first promotion gives me a prize of ВЈ5 to win 50 1 to get it back (I actually thought this was impossible - but which line would return it) As a result, I won within ВЈ350 - but I still had to arrange, for example, absurd bets, indeed, I went over. I got back over ВЈ400, but I needed, for example, ВЈ250. I decided to call and contact the 'support service'. They basically acknowledged that I had fulfilled the bet request and that they needed to contact the 'bonus' department; great, I said, don't worry, I'll wait, thank you for your support. I received a random survey about the help desk job, but I didn't fill it in. I waited a few days and nothing, so I decided to fill out a sample survey as a result. 12 hours later, someone contacted me and said that they had withdrawn the prize, but that the profits were limited to ВЈ25.
