All Rules

ACE Club Terms

1. Be 21 years of age or older.
2. All player transactions require a valid photo ID.
3. Only members listed on an Ace Club account may receive account information or participate in transactions related to that Ace Club account.
4. Ace Club cards, points, promotions and prizes are non-transferable.
5. Ace Club members earn points by playing games. When the Ace Club card is inserted into a slot machine, points are awarded at a rate of 3 points per $10 spent on slot machines and 3 points per $20 spent on video poker machines. ACE Club members can also earn points on non-gaming purchases.
6. Points are redeemable for 13 months from the date they are earned. Points will expire if not used within 13 months.
7. The Ace Club card must be properly inserted into the machine's card reader to record play and earn points.
8. Ace Club members may request to have table games monitored. The Ace Club card must be presented to a board game supervisor.
9. Unauthorized use of the card or improper play as determined by Agua Caliente Casinos may result in the loss of all points and the ACE card.
10. ACE Club points may be redeemed for approved goods and services at a rate of $1 per 100 points.
11. ACE Club members must notify Agua Caliente Casinos in writing or provide proof of identity if their personal information changes in order to continue receiving information about ACE Club promotions, bonuses, party invitations, or other ACE Club events.
12. Agua Caliente Casinos reserves the right to reject any application to participate in the ACE Club program or cancel an ACE Club card at any time in its sole discretion.
13. By joining the Club, ACE Club members agree to abide by the Official Program Rules and the decisions of Agua Caliente Casinos.
14. Any disputes or situations not covered by these Official Rules will be resolved by Agua Caliente Casinos, whose decisions shall be final and binding.
15. ACE Club cards that are mutilated, forged, misprinted, altered, tampered with, mechanically reproduced, illegible, or obtained by any means other than in accordance with these Official Rules will be automatically void.
16. Agua Caliente Casinos may introduce other promotions in conjunction with the ACE Club program. All rules, conditions and procedures regarding these promotions are detailed in the official rules of the respective relevant promotions.
17. Promotions and rewards are available only by presenting your ACE Club card along with a form of identification accepted by Agua Caliente Casinos at the time of redemption.
18. The Agua Caliente Casino ACE Club program or any program related thereto may be amended, modified, modified or canceled in whole or in part at any time and in the sole discretion of management, subject to the approval of the Agua Caliente Gaming Board.
